So So easy, theres simply no excuse, Sainsburys's white loaf mix, only 89p contains no nasties! simply strong bread flour, dried yeast & seasoning.
I then added Rosemary, olive oil, pepper and lots of coarse sea salt on the top before baking.
let it rise for 45mins rather than the recommended 30 mins as it makes the bread a lot lighter.
Then bake in 210c for
30mins
VOILA!
